Today involved a lot of work on the final project. We had a meeting with our client, which was very productive. We discussed the current state of the project and what needs to be done next. We also received some feedback on our initial designs, which we will incorporate into our next iteration.
Overall, we are making good progress into the final stages of the project and should be able to complete our now reduced scope in the next weeks. We are also preparing for the final presentation, which will be in a few weeks.
Here is our reflection on the project so far:
We did our status update presentation last week and received some good feedback from our client. One thing I am personally adpating to is being the only technical minded person on the team and having to explain what is or isn’t possible to more business minded people. I am learning to be more patient and better articulating what I am working on.
